SHREE ABIRAMI ENGGINEERING WORKS was established in 1992, an ISO 9001 – 2008 certified company is one of the major company in the field of Transformer Manufacturing, Transformer Repairing, Transformer Rewinding, Transformer Overhauling, Transformer Erection, Transformer Testing, Transformer Rental/Hiring, Transformer Commissioning, Transformer Servicing, Transformer Overhauling and NABL Accredited Transformer Oil Testing Laboratory. We are authorized service company for the Transformer Manufacturers like GE T&D (ALSTOM), EMCO, SCHIENDER ELECTRIC,ECE Transformers and Registered vendor for BHEL Bhopal , Jhansi and Secunderabad.
We are a Major Repairer, Re-winder, Erector of Hydro Generators up to 250 MW Capacity. We carry out Repairing, Rewinding, Erection, Testing of Hydro Generators up to 250 MW,Re-Insulation, Supply of Stator Coils & Rotor Pole Coils up to 250 MW,Repairing, Reconditioning of Turbine Runner, Guide Vane, Bushes, Repairing, Reconditioning, Re-Babitting of Thrust Pads, Upper Guide Bearing, LGB,TGB, Runner Disk, Replacement of Complete Stator Core Lamination, Reconditioning of Stator Core, Laminations, Replacement, Reconditioning of Shaft, Capital Overhauling of Hydro Generators up to 300 MW.
We also Carry out Repairing, Rewinding of HT Generators & HT Motors up to 10MW, Replacement, Reconditioning of Shaft of HT Generators & HT Motors up to 10MW.
We have established a well equipped Transformer Oil Testing Laboratory (TOTL) in 2010 with NABL Accreditation for ISO / IEC 17025 : 2005.
ABI INSTRUMENT was started in the year 2006 as a Transformer Instrument division.
We are diversifying our service in different areas like Hydro Power Generation, Thermal Power Generation, Railways and other Power Utilities.
Our major customers are TANGEDCO,TANTRANSCO,BHEL, PGCIL,NTPC,SAIL, NLC,RINL, NPCIL, NFC,KSEB, KPTCL,KPCL, NTPC, NLC, ONGC, OHPC,OPGCL,MAHAGENCO, DELHITRANSCO, JSUNL,APGENCO, APTRANSCO,TSGENCO,TSTRANSCO,CPCL, NALCO, DVC,TNPL,TBEA,ALSTOM,CGL,SIEMENS,,TAT STEEL,ANDRITZ HYDRO, ABB etc.
We have 78 Nos. of Qualified Graduate Engineers, 100 Nos. of Technicians, 100 Skilled Works, 102 Nos of Temporary Contract workers and 20 Nos. of Administrative Staffs in our Organisation working in our Works, Sites at all over India & Abroad.
Our State of Art Unit II with latest facilities at Sriperumbudur constructed at 3.5 Acres of land with built up Area of 30,000 Square Feet with 250 Ton EOT Crane and 2400 KV Impulse Testing faclity , Vapor Phase Drying out Facility and Vertical Winding Machine.
Our Unit-II have facility for Taking up Repair ,Rewinding of Transformers up to 500MVA, 765KV Class.
We are leader in 765KV ICT,GT,Reactor Erection ,Testing and Commissioning works.Till date we have carried out ETC of more than 85 Nos. of 765KV ICT,GT,Reactor all over India for various Clients such as GE T&D(Alstom), BHEL, TBEA, CGL Hundai at various substations.
